Crisis Communication Training
We have run these sessions all over the world for some of our biggest companies … Available either as an “add-on” module or as a full course. Delegates are taught about how the media react during a crisis and how to deal with this. They are given an escalating crisis to handle, usually in three phases.
At each stage they are given time to prepare their messages and then asked to undertake a series of interviews, usually including press, radio and TV. All interviews are recorded and played back. Before the session, we work with you to develop a crisis scenario which changes several times during the course of the training.
